For those who buy physical products, the address is obviously essential for shipping purposes and the phone number can still be useful in order to better manage any direct communication needs. You must immediately notify Massimedia Training of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Massimedia Training shall not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. In case of violation of this clause, Cartesiani will cancel the Customer’s account who, therefore, will no longer be able to access the purchased service and will not be entitled to any type of refund.

Payments by bank transfer are accepted only at the explicit request of the Customer (this can be done by writing to info@Massimedia.training) and for amounts exceeding 1,000 euros (multi-user purchases or Masterclasses for example).
The credit cards enabled for payment are indicated on the Site at the time of purchase.
The actual charge of the amount will take place at the time of placing the order by the Customer.
In case of use of PayPal, PayPal is solely responsible for any disruption related to the payment instrument. In the case of the use of Credit Cards, Stripe is solely responsible for any disruptions related to the payment instrument.
