The diagnostics that begins it all

This 300-item diagnostic evaluates your enterprise’s narrative health across the nine pillars of the YESS (Your Enterprise Strategic Storytelling) framework, plus a tenth Systemic Integration assessment. Each pillar contains twenty diagnostic questions and ten red flags - thirty items in total. The questionnaire is designed to be completed honestly and reflectively rather than quickly: each item describes a behaviour, structure, or fact that may or may not be present in your enterprise. The aim is not to find the “right” answer but to surface where your enterprise actually stands today.

The Strategic Storytelling framework holds that enterprise value is the product of operational excellence and narrative identity, not their sum. When the two are aligned, directed by Purpose, and governed by cross-pillar integration, the resulting value (3) exceeds the sum of the parts (1+1).
